Stephan started Founders & Operators to bring together people building companies and doing the work behind them. He curates the community’s gatherings, partnerships and newsletter, with a focus on useful conversations and lasting relationships.

He is the founder of RegLayer, a regulatory intelligence platform. Previously, he was Entrepreneur in Residence at Redouble AI (YC S24) and founding Head of GTM at Tivara (YC S24), with earlier roles at Coinbase and in the Austrian Chancellery. He holds an MBA from Wharton.

Jacqui began her career as a co-founder, an experience that continues to shape how she works. She joined Founders & Operators to contribute more directly to the startup community alongside her role as a machine learning product manager at Capital One.

Previously, she helped launch American Express’s first checking and debit product and co-hosted the New York AI Users Group. She also organized campus-wide events as a student government representative. Outside work, she enjoys museums, equestrian sports and underground music.
